Daniel Silver – Managing Principal

Daniel did his B.A., summa cum laude, and did his doctoral work at U.C., Berkeley, and has worked for over 25 years in the technology, financial services, and consulting industries. He spent 7 years as a management and compensation consultant with a leading Silicon Valley-based firm, working with hundreds of companies in the high-tech and bio-tech sectors. For 5 years, he was a Director of Business and Technology with Mellon Financial Corporation, where he ran a cutting-edge J2EE development team, working across multiple Mellon business lines, and vetted companies for acquisition by Mellon.

He has held the positions of CIO and COO with multiple organizations. For the past 15 years, he has been a consultant, entrepreneur, and investor, co-founding or partnering in four startups, including co-founding a national franchise company in the digital marketing space.

Mr. Silver leverages his years of business experience across multiple functional areas and in working with companies from startups to the Fortune 250 to help all of his clients achieve outstanding, measurable success.
